Zillow gone Wild....

cute little place
I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would spend that kinda bread on that kinda house, and have a neighboring house within spitting distance!?

Totally retarded, IMO.

What in the entire fuck? Is it a person or a ghost? Fuck that shit. GTFO, bitch. Dis my house now!
Dunno. It’s insane. I’ve heard of people selling houses with a dodgy roof or broken appliances. But an actual squatter. Love how the listing has to say twice that there are no photos of that level available.

CRAZY that "This home has a pending offer." WHO in their right mind would want that place with that kind of stipulation???

To be fair I hear advertisements where flippers are taking homes where tenants won't move etc my guess is they know the law intimately? You'd figure anyway

Not everybody wants to be a "country bumpkin"... :heh:

Seriously, tho.... I see that in coastal Florida, and a good chunk of those type of homes are at least, waterfront property, but on less than a half acre... mostly around a quarter to a third of an acre.

People down there in THOSE areas tend to keep to themselves mostly and generally don't bother each other. I mean... it's not your TYPICAL "tract home" type of residential area! Not that big of deal to them.

One man gathers what another man spills.

It's not my style, but the house is pretty sweet, and the way it's built and landscaped, once you're on the property, it seems like it'd be pretty hard to tell there were other places within spitting distance.

Uber rich people have to find ways to spend money. I've got a buddy like that, CEO money. Went to his house recently for dinner and he had one device going that was a sous vide...a grill that was for peppers only, a smoker for the mushrooms and beef...and another grill for the sausages that had to be seared. 4 fucking grills and a sous vide running for a meal that fed four people. Kid is running out of shit to buy.

His neighbors are definitely gross. They are pretty far away (the house) but he shares a fence line with the guy and the neighbor has about a dozen alpacas. Da fuq? In a super nice Southlake neighborhood...fucking alpacas.

I remember when those fuckers were outrageously priced.

Bullshit economic bubble. I think that shit finally burst tho, and now they're a dime a dozen.
