But there was a lot of shit talking before the game from Tennessee and Herbstreit and all the other peckerwoods picked Tennessee and Tennessee was given UGA’s rightful number one ranking. Don’t want smoke after the game, don’t run your mouth before the game(not you, just a good bit of the TN fan base)
 
LMAO So Alabama loses a squeaker to Tennessee and then a 1-pointer to LSU and Saban/The Tide is a fat crippled cat. I figure a lot of the comments are just trolling but if you seriously think Alabama is in some kind of trouble then you need to go back to soccer or curling or whatever it is you are actually an expert on. Bama is fine for the long haul so long as Nick Saban is in good health. If you're hoping for a crash then knock yourself out. But there will be some crow in your diet in the not too distant future.

The #1 ranking was fair because it wasn't based on how people thought whether a team was good or not but whether based on resume. Tennessee had the best resume. This is why I am high on TCU. I don't think TCU finishes unbeaten or makes the playoffs but based on performance, they should be in top 3 to date.

A lot of crap talking both before and after from UGA fans as well. I keep hearing how we stood no chance in Athens, etc. I guess they were correct.

The Erik Ainge tweet was stupid.

One impact factor in the game was Kirby Smart prepping for Tennessee in off season and up to the game. I feel like you guys didn't have anyone, outside of maybe Florida, that scared you and you focused a lot on Tennessee. Tennessee was battling through Pitt, Florida, LSU, and Alabama (then again, I wonder if anyone at Tennessee, outside of the players, really though we would be this good). If you listen to me a couple of months ago, I was just hoping for wins over Pitt and Florida.

We have an SEC coach that is from Kirby's coaching tree, which is a branch off of Saban's and has overtaken Saban. Read the book, "The Giving Tree" The giving tree is Saban, Lanning is the kid. You done good Nick, you done good.

Lanning inherited a program on the Moon, he is taking it to Mars. There is zero reason or interest in him to leave. He can and will absolutely dominate the PAC-12 as long as there is a PAC-12 or Oregon is in the PAC-12, and he will be successful if Oregon goes to the B1G or SEC.
