2. The million you mentioned breaks down to 50/50 split between the alleged victim and the attorneys, in other words, the attorneys took it on contingency and basically threaten to try FSU on title 9 (which would have cost millions to defend) so they settled. I'm not saying something didn't happen but criminal charges were not brought so we can't just make the assumption that Winston was guilty. I don't like the situation but I saw Malzahn kick more than one kid off the team only to see later charges were dropped and the alleged victim recanted. A lot of gold diggers out there but a lot of victims also and we will never know what really happened.
I don't see Jimbo as an Urban Meyer type.
