weird contract for Nimmo. he's a lot better than he's often given credit for, but he's only played two full big league seasons in five years (not counting 2020)
locking him up for eight years seems dumb, tbh.

I wanted the Sox to land him, but I didn't think he's get that much. He brings elite OBP skills and he has a career 134 wRC+, but he has had trouble staying on the field.
