u keep saying money but no one is reporting that this is over the exit fees.. Fox wants it's inventory.. they are trying to come up with a deal for that.. I expect to see multiple games in the future for both schools to be playing current Big12 teams in OOC.. I think they would also get the rights to the RRS for a year or 2 as well.

I personally rather us sit here for 2 years, pay an exit fee and be done with the Big12... but they don't want that judging by how much they will have to pay the 4 new additions..

We've been through this multiple times since you replaced the other means of escaping the GOR with FOX now being the bad guy.

The GOR has nothing to do with FOX. It was written by the Big 12 and is being enforced by the Big 12.

FOX took a risk on the media rights contract thinking nobody would pay the economic penalty of leaving early.

Remember when you initially said tejas would take the GOR to court and win? Who do you think the defendant would be in such a suit?

It would be the Big 12, not FOX.
 
The way out of the Big 12 GOR is to cut a check (to the Big 12) for 2X media rights revenue.

It's just that simple.

No he signed a contract with Miami nil group for 6 mil...Florida offered him 7 mil to flip

Further review of miami contract said he could owe them 6 mil if he doesn't follow through and he demanded uf cover his ass....thus the 13mil number everyone heard about

Florida nil arm balked at covering his ass and drama ensued which led to release and az st signing

1) There’s no way that happened

2) Even if they did, there’s gonna be no way to sue anyone without a contract. And Miami would be really stupid to put a pay for play contract in writing considering that’s against the NCAA rules

Assuming the kid is 18 he can't legally sign a contract thus making it void.
