Football - Jermain Burton clocks a female on the field at the Tennessee game and no disciplinary action

Basketball - Star player Brandon Miller supplied the gun that was used to murder Jamea Jonae and it is now being reported that he was in the car that block the victim from escaping and allowing Darius Miles to shoot her.

The message is clear that if you are an athlete at the University of Alabama you can be part of violence against women and the University will not do a single thing.

A complete embarrassment to all of sports.

so he says he had no idea that the gun was in the backseat but testified that when the guy grabbed it, he told him there was one in the chamber.. and proceeded to block in the victims jeep?

guy can ball man.. went off for 41 pts in OT to beat SCe..

Wrong guy. That wasn't Miller who said that

Don't they already have the two suspects charge with murder? Miles and Michael Davis :noidea:

Black women and girls are especially vulnerable to this sort of violence.

The Violence Policy Center reports that most Black women and girls killed by male offenders in 2020 died in incidents unrelated to other crimes and that, most frequently, they were killed over an argument.

Alabama fans are shitty human beings for not immediately calling for the ADs dismissal.
Anyone else involved, up to and including the school President should also be dismissed.
When an Oregan fan is the voice of reason on an issue then your organization has a major issue. They may need to burn the whole thing down.

"Oh, you gave the gun to a killer that murdered a sweet young woman, no problem....now get in there and score us 40"

AD Derpenstein

The potentially more troubling fact from this capital murder case is Miller and Bradley intentionally blocking the victim's car

The more troubling, potentially criminal, action to this casual observer is that both Brandon Miller and Bradley intentionally blocked the victim’s (Jeep) car at the bar, which was followed by the perpetrator, Davis, to open fire with 8 rounds of .40 cal from his handgun into a car trapped with the victim(s).
And if Miller was just innocently returning property, how/why did Bradley show up to the eventual crime scene at the same time? Fails the ‘smell test’ miserably.

From a USA Today article:
On the return trip, police allege that Miller parked his car in a manner that blocked the Jeep that Harris, her boyfriend and a cousin, who is an Alabama student, were in. Bradley also allegedly parked his car in that manner.
There had been a dispute earlier between the parties that centered on Harris not being interested in talking with Davis, who allegedly told officers he was so drunk on tequila that he doesn’t recall a thing. An argument ensued — “It got a little elevated,” Det. Branden Culpepper testified, according to AL.com.
It was about to get even more elevated. When Miller arrived, Miles and Davis got in his car, according to testimony. It was there that Miles took the gun and then handed it to Davis, telling him, "There’s one in the head,” a reference, police testified, to a bullet being in the chamber.
With the gun in his hand, Davis walked up and “began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep,” AL.com reported. “He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.”

When the school starts covering for basketball players, you’re officially a basketball school. At UGA, I have no doubt Jalen Carter could have gotten away with murder, but a roundball player would be dismissed for shoplifting, and that’s the way it should be.

From one of the attorney's for Brandon Miller.

Brandon Miller’s Lawyer Releases Statement on Miller’s Activities in Miles Incident

Sounds like he has played no part in anything except giving Miles a ride to the club area earlier in the evening and then returning to pick him up later.
Considering he has admitted to supplying the gun that killed the poor girl it sounds like you are delusional and willing to throw away your integrity in order to protect wins.

How low are you MFers going to sink?

Idiot Bammer cites Brandon Miller's attorney's statement (who is hired to defend him at all costs) as evidence that Miller is innocent. That is like asking Putin if the war in Ukraine is just.

That entire athletic department and “fan base” needs to be burnt to the ground.

Disgusting behavior
