The University of Alabama Hates Women

Coverups only exist in the minds of conspiracy theorists. Factual evidence is what charges are based on. Read more than one article on this and you will see that evidence does not exist so far, that can show Miller played a willing role in this incident. Miles and Davis are the ones that the evidence points to solely.

Tell ya what, so its on record, If the DA finds enough evidence to support charging Miller, I will be all for his removal from the team. As for this point in time, I am not onboard with ruining the life of someone who made an error in judgement simply because some disgruntled sports fans think he should be charged with a crime, without evidence one exists that he committed.
Nah, they exist when a star player for Alabama is an accessory to murder and getting away with it. There’s laws for high profile public figures, and then there’s laws for everyone else

So its easy to pull up the law in Alabama for accessory. Can you speak to what it state on intent? Its pretty clearly defined where accessory is concerned. The bottom line is also pretty strong. I am following evidence, and from all I have read so far, accessory doesnt fit.

That’s because you have Bama fan blinders on.

To me that says, they have looked at all evidence in the case as provided by law enforcement, statements from witnesses, the person they represent, and video evidence, and they understand that their client has done nothing worthy of having charges filed at this time.

Unless something comes to light or more evidence from another eye witness comes up, I would say he is looking pretty good for being in the clear on this. Just an opinion, but then I am basing this on all the evidence to support this as I have read it so far.
Let me know the next time a defense lawyer puts out a release saying "yeah, he did that shit". :pound:

anyone know why th is dude shot the young gal? I haven’t been all the details

Just happened to return right when needed, just happened to park where he did, never talked to the guy rummaging through his jeep...
When giving someone a ride then yeah that what happens. You meet someone at agreed location and time

I can honsestly say I've never given anyone a ride where I dropped them off, left, came back, watched them get in and back out of my car while taking something with them. Definitely never while seeing them in a verbal altercation, parked right where the guy needed me by chance, and then had my friend murder someone.

Considering he has admitted to supplying the gun that killed the poor girl it sounds like you are delusional and willing to throw away your integrity in order to protect wins.

Never seeing someone leave an item in a car. Any item, a phone, a shirt, a wallet, nothing? Pretty impressive

Miller brought the gun to the scene, and was asked to do so. The only thing we have heard about that timeline is from the defense attorney who claims he was already on his way when the text asking for the "joint" was received.

If Miller doesn't bring that gun to the scene, that girl is still alive. Fact.

Thanks. Yeah I am not an uber driver so if someone leaves something in my car then I tell them to figure out how to get it on their own. I don't make a habit of delivering guns to people calling for it because they are in an argument.

So you would hold the gun not registered to you in your car
Sounds like a good plan

I'm gonna have you pick me up from the dixie chicken where i'll coincidentally have my sub machine oozie in the backseat that you have no idea about.. and as you drive away I'm gonna need you to block the street with your F-350.. u know.. what friends do for friends

That's correct. The timeline where Miller was already heading to go pick up Miles before receiving the text about any altercation has been check by the police

If the killer never pulled the trigger then she would still be alive

Yes. Is there a problem with that? AL doesn't require gun registration so whomever it is registered is immaterial.

As long as we can get a defense lawyer to say I'm innocent, I'm down whenever you are.

"according to the defense attorney" is the part you are missing. A lack of charges on that doesn't mean it's true, just can't be (or hasn't yet been) proven.
If the killer never pulled the trigger then she would still be alive
No trigger to pull without Millers involvement.

I am not even speaking from the defense lawyers point of view. I am more looking at the actual laws of Alabama and what has been stated he did. The law is pretty clear defining what an accessory would be considered and that to prove intent they would need evidence to show his intention was to assist in the incident. No evidence exists or they would be charging him. Honestly, imo, he made a poor judgement to go back to pick up Miles that night. But thats just my opinion.

The text asking him to bring the gun would show intent. The only comment we have had on that timeline is from the defense attorney.
