Drank a 2016 Ceretto barolo tonight. Decanted for only 1.5 hours, which wasn't enough. Got better as the night went on.

2019 Domaine du Pegau CdP. Probably drinking it a few years early, but I’m cellaring one for later. Probably needs to decant for 2-3 hours.

Was playing dice and shaking for shots at my mother-in-law's house on Christmas eve and between 6 of us, we killed one of these in about an hour.

Not according to those two wines I drank above.
You know I knew a guy that had a storage locker filled with beer because his fiancé wouldn't permit him to drink beer. He's ded now

Dry January will be laid to rest this evening most likely. Planning on opening a bottle of Weller Antique for a few sips with some smoked strip steaks.

Having a pour of Early Times BiB tonight but about to open a KC Single Barrel to watch the OSU women's game.

Hey shut up, people watch women's basketball too.

I wish I could even find a bottle of Weller over here.

I can't help but laugh when I see what people pay for it in like KY on secondary. I like it, but there are better shelfers IMO.

I live on the Idaho/Wa border. Wa has private liquor stores so you can find some decent stuff but it’s at crazy prices. Idaho is state run and only sell at MSRP which is great but they can’t keep anything in stock
