Sure, if enough teams can leave, there is no more ACC and the GOR is irrelevent. At least that is what some people are saying. No one outside the ACC has seen the GOR, so we don't know for sure, but that makes sense.
GOR's aren't legal games of chicken, they are rock solid agreements that have been used in multiple industries for a long, long time ... 60_ years at least, probably longer.
If the only way to break them is to destroy the entity that basically owns them, those that are broken up have to have somewhere to go. Where do you suppose UVa, VaTech, NCSU are going to go?
