2023 season thread

Cup cars at North Wilkesboro. I am rock hard. Pretty good Truck race yesterday and probably the biggest crowd for a truck race in 20 years or more

well Gragson with a brain fart. Takes out several cars in the open.

Including Newman :(

Gibbs will never learn. McMurray can make excuses for him all he wants, but he caused that

so what. We wouldnt have to worry abvout which one got the worst of them getting into each other LOL

McDowell tried to take Ty out of the open LOL
As long as Chastain just keeps fucking with Hamlin and Larson, I can tolerate him

how the hell did Gragson get the fan vote?

I'm happy for Berry though. I like that guy.

@Illustrious Potentate
you put any long money on Chris Buescher today? His car looked the smoothest yesterday.
And he starts up front.

I bet on Buescher and Dillon(+4500 for a guy starting in the top 5 that looked good in the heat race)

I’m expecting a Buescher win. I’m hoping like hell for a Dillon win

Erik Jones abuses Ty Gibbs :becky:

well that was the most boring All Star race in a long time.

Well, I don’t think there’s any doubt the best car win. Props to NASCAR for no BS caution like last year to try and make things interesting

Kinda disappointing. Truck race was way better

Nah. Was a dominant race, but it was real racing on a non-cookie cutter track. I enjoyed it.
well I will take a boring race at North Wilks over a boring race at a cookie cutter anyday.

Since it was an exhibition, I would have liked to have seen them require one green flag stop beyond the halfway point like they used to do.

But I do like race tracks like that where the tire wear and fall off is significant, but also the tires are failing. Goodyear has really improved from last season. How many races were there last year where they couldn’t go 30 laps without someone blowing a tire?
