yep.. and the biggest misconception is that UT has been favored to win the conference every year.. when in reality 2009 was the very last time..Talk about texpectations I just heard them say on the radio that texas has been under on their preseason win total 12 of the last 13 years.

I'm expecting it to happen this year though.. so there's that.
BTW.. look what we have done, already.. Can't wait to hear @WhosYourDawggy spin this as something the SEC was going to do regardless
lol you hillbillies, swamp people and brooks bros models will arrive in Dallas at the Omni and ask yourselves.. what have we been doing having our media days in BFE..No spin needed. They are taking advantage of the excitement of introducing new members. Think about what the media will be asking most next year - what's it going to be like, Texas, getting your ass waxed by the likes of UGA and not Kansas? So it makes sense to have them in Dallas next year. FWIW, it has always been in B'Ham or Atlanta until this year when they moved it to Nashville. Looks like they may rotate it.
I mean they are negotiating to extend the SECCG in Atlanta for a decade, and that's way more relevant than SEC Media Days.
It is a looonnnngggggg sandbagging ploy by the rusty cows. They’re fixing to spring a big Robert Redford/Paul Newman type “Sting” on ya!Talk about texpectations I just heard them say on the radio that texas has been under on their preseason win total 12 of the last 13 years.
Not going to work. Vandy will bitch slap them around off the field like they have on the field. It is a looonnnngggggg sandbagging ploy by the rusty cows. They’re fixing to spring a big Robert Redford/Paul Newman type “Sting” on ya!
i must have missed the NCAA endorsement? Not going to work. Vandy will bitch slap them around off the field like they have on the field.
Remember when @Thiefery talked about Sankey backing the Texas NIL laws ... not so much ... calls it a "race to the bottom."

Greg Sankey speaks about NIL issues, says athletes deserve more than ‘a patchwork of state laws
SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey addresses concerns about NIL at SEC Media Days.www.saturdaydownsouth.com
We don't need any fucking NCAA, we are the SEC!i must have missed the NCAA endorsement?
it's for charity man lolHe'd have to end up an NFL Hall of Famer just to break even on that card.
That's a big risk and many years that your $60k is sitting idle.
we won the first Big12 title decades before we "killed it"
I wonder if there are pickpocketers there too... would explain Arch losing his ID twice![]()
‘The walk home never feels safe’: UT students talk West Campus safety

Students from The University of Texas will come back to campus for the fall semester in the next few weeks, but it comes as students are raising concerns about safety in West Campus.
“On campus specifically I have never run into any issues,” said UT student, Paulina Pearson. “But definitely in West Campus is where I see people yelling at me.”
Pearson says she has had a few run-ins in West Campus that have left her concerned.
“Some guy followed my roommate into our apartment the other day and he was screaming at her and followed her in,” said Pearson.
People using drugs and begging for money on the Drag is a common sight for students.
KXAN viewers have also reached out about a homeless encampment near the University of Texas CO-OP. Drug paraphernalia and human feces were spotted by KXAN crews when we stopped by.
