Like I said earlier, we are 30 miles from the Gulf, not in Central or West Texas, or the Great Plains. No fucking way it should be like this here. Damn Texas.

A tropical system in the Gulf might enhance moisture in the atmosphere and combined with the heat the hope would be a greater threat of rain next week. Now, let's see what science has to say versus hope. Science says not much of a chance of rain for South Louisiana next week.

We are about 30 miles from the Gulf. We should have plenty of moiture and out the ass humidity. Instead, we have air that is dryer than a popcorn fart and heat from hell. This , as in everything else, is all Texas' fault. Ain't that right DC?

That's basically the forecast here in east Texas too. It is crazy hot, like almost 2 weeks solid of 100 degree temps. I'm fighting like hell to keep my plants and landscaping alive.

Starting another warm streak. Starting Saturday, at least 6 days in a row in the 90s. 5-10 degrees above average. Piece of cake.
