I don’t think I’ve heard a Creed song since I was in elementary school when that Arms Wide Open song was popular. Bruce Bochy may be the best postseason manager of all time. Could argue Joe Torre but any regular Joe could have won with half of those a Yankees teams. Could also argue for Tony LaRussa
The 2008 NLCS where Charlie Manuel managed circles around Torre convinced me that Torre was a product of being in the right place at the right time, and being able to tab Mo Rivera for just about an automatic save when he needed it.
