Mustaine rocks, but his voice is godawful, he is nowhere near the top when we discuss the "voice of metal"

Again, yes, it rocks balls, but I cant pretend that Mustaine's vocals are actually "good". I guess his voice is unique, if nothing else?

My buddy had a system put in his little CRX about ‘94 and demonstrated it to me with that song. I was pretty impressed. Dave’s gnarly voice on full display.

Here’s where I need a definition of the objective here. In terms of voice quality, I’d agree that Dio is one of the best. But for me, Black Sabbath created metal, and Ozzy was their voice.
