How adventurous are you food-wise?

32

Brains are dangerous and I wouldn't recommend eating them. Most of what I haven't had was due more to no opportunity than anything else. I've no idea where to get haggis, blood sausage and century egg.
How are brains dangerous? Assuming they're cooked...

just 20 for me -

had a college buddy -
he'd sautee monkey brains -
coulda got to 21,
but was too skeered -

You've seriously only had 2 foods on that list?!
re read the list just saw the venison so im up to 3. I dont care for seafood whatsoever so a lot of the list is just a no go for me. I have never had duck but have had pheasant.

I've had sweetbread but I think that's pancreas...

And also has nothing to do with brains.

That's how madcow got spread and it's recommended you don't eat the brains of anything. I can remember being a kid and "brains and eggs" were kinda thing but you don't see that anywhere anymore.

14. 15 if truffles are the candy.

4 of them never again.

anchovies - anyone who would put an anchovy in their mouth knowing what it tastes like would eat dog shit.
gizzards - nothing but gristle.
tofu - see anchovies.
blue cheese - the nastiest thing anyone ever made and called it cheese.

Truffles are not the candy. They mean the mushrooms.

Wait. Really? How is that possible?
See, even with some not so adventurous choices, some people just don't try different foods.

Madcow was due to cows being fed meat. Bad, diseased meat.

They aren't carnivores.

And 26.

Have a few of those in my kitchen right now.

Im not an adventurous eater by any means imo.
