More Michigan Cheating

They can laugh all they want but this really does effect Harbaugh. Once the Chargers can him he will never coach again unless its maybe like some HS team.
Worse than that, the NFL could impose the NCAA ban on him or subtly tell the Chargers org to do it. Can't recall them ever doing that for recruiting violations, but I seem to recall Tressel was given a games ban by the NCAA and the Colts enforced it.

I'm guessing they aren't done with Harbaugh either. Assuming more gets added on once the Stallions shit is complete.

Yeah, the NCAA could definitely still get him for cheating and that is where the NFL could refuse safe harbor and pass the punishment up.

Funny twitter comment I saw about this was that the Chargers will still have to fire Harbaugh since he coaches a college level team :dhd:

I'd bet on Harbaugh not making it past 2 seasons there. They won't fire him after 1 year but once his weirdo sets in on the whole organization and the teams performance isnt making up for it, he's gone.

That team is gonna SUCK this year. He will be on the hot seat for sure after 1 year, but given more time than that. Year 2 he will get canned

Depends on your definition of success. He only won the NC this last year before having to leave because he's a cheater. Never won anything of consequence in CFB other than that ... a tainted NC. He never won a Super Bowl. He's a cheating weirdo who will piss everyone off at his new team in a short period of time.
lol. lol. lol.

Breaking news, the NCAA has suspended charles manson 5 years, given him a show cause and fined him $1 billion dollars.

When the Chargers eventually dump him after a couple of years, yea.
Given the success he's had at every level given time? I bet not.

Better question, will the NCAA exist at the end of Harbaugh's 4 year suspension?

COMPLETELY different situations between the 49ers when Harbaugh got there and the Chargers when Harbaugh arrived. Like I said 2 years tops.

Well, considering he is dead I'm not sure he cares much.

Pretty big fail on your part, but there are 206 pages of them in this thread so way to keep batting 1.000

Guarantee without a doubt the NCAA still exists in 4 years.

First, there is no room for anyone but you to be dumb in this thread...you have the monopoly on that shit.

Second, I guess in your posts I quoted where you are saying the texts weren't going to be an issue you were "REALLY" meaning that of course they will be level 1 repeater violations. I was just tripped up by your constant, as I quoted to prove, contentions that he did nothing wrong with his texts. :L
The texts aren't going to be an issue. They could even consider it a level 1 violation for repeat offender. I think the most Moore gets is a show-cause and maybe a 1 game suspension two years from now; which (again) is a pointless non issue.

But I suspect you were getting confused here because it seems like a lot of the language you were alluding to was me saying the 58 in-person scouting events weren't going to be a major issue.

Kinda like banning the guy from coaching college football who probably just quit college football for life?

Here is a really funny thing that I heard on The Pod the other day. tOSU fans are going to hate this.

When Tressel got to let go, he got suspended for 6 games, or something like that by the NCAA. Pryor got suspended for a few games

Tressel became an analyst for the Colts. The NFL, not the NCAA, the NFL actually suspended Tressel for the 6 games, and did the same for your QB.

Can you imagine that happening today? They were all talking about how they were such good people they were going to honor the NCAA's penalties. They cited that integrity demanded it. LOL.

If they had any integrity, Harbaugh should be suspended. But that won't happen because the NFL won't do it today. Candidly, they shouldn't have done it before ... this whole aspect of it as rediculous then and would be rediculous now. I just love to give hypocrites shit, especially when they were trying to be noble and we know they aren't.

Are you having a stroke? "aren't going to be an issue" but "could be a level 1" and you think show-cause isn't a big deal and any suspension would take years?

And no, i'm not confused. The qoutes I pulled of yours were specifically about the texts that Crybaby deleted. Let's just set those goalposts back.

"probably". Gonna go ahead and hit him with it anyways to be sure.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about a few posts ago. But Tressel was banned for something other than recruiting stuff, so todays Harbaugh news isn't going to impact him.

Now if he is punished for the sign stealing, I bet the NFL will force the Chargers to honor any suspension.

And Pryor was clearly trying to find safe harbor in the NFL by going the way of the supplemental draft. So that's why they got him, IMO

No. It's an entirely different era of CFB -- and era where kids are getting lambos from their school's alumni. Which is why the NCAA going after Harbaugh for refusing to talk to the NCAA about a $13 hamburger is even more ridiculous.
