2024 Natty discussion: tOSU vs ND

No Coach is going to be hired leaving a school 3-4 times in a matter of 4-5 years.

I'm in full agreement with @Illustrious Potentate . One free transfer before graduation. That is two free transfers in 5-6 years. That is plenty
My point is he can stay 2-3 years at some small school and bounce to a better program...

Ewers also failed to get it done against UW in last years semi final when he had a chance to do a game-winning drive and failed to do so.
Another good example. And the way he “doesn’t get it done” is ugly. He must think he only has two options when put in stressful positions. Take a sack or throw an interception.

He added a fumble for a TD to his arsenal last night.

good luck ND defense... tosu stresses you across the field with their playmakers.. But if you can pull it off.. this will be one of the biggest upsets in Championship history
Offense needs to help rest the defense. Golden likes to leave receivers one on one and dials up a lot of pressure. These receivers are too loaded for that to work unless the pressure gets home. A risky proposition

Correct. That's why I don't mind the one free transfer before graduation. There are kids transferring 3 and 4 times which is ridiculous.
True.

Maybe limit the amount of times they can transfer should be looked into.

The NCAA rule was challenged in court. The NCAA settled because they knew they were going to lose.

It sucks, but it isn't changing but only this will fix it:

Players unionize. Transfer portal rules are collectively bargained to limit movement. Absent that, we are stuck with this chaos.

Ohio State by a million. What a weak ass NCG. This is Notre Dame vs Alabama 2013 all over again.

Shame we can't let Oregon/Ohio State get a rubber match here. It's 1-1 champs
Bullshit.

The playoffs did what it was designed to do and take out all of the pretenders that weren't playing top shelf ball at seasons end and left two battle tested teams with a chance to win it all. That one is better on paper doesn't take away from that.

Wanna do another avy bet ND keeps it closer than Oregon did?

LOL you're simply such a Duck hater to say such a thing. Here is a fact, if Oregon has Penn State's path in the playoff this national championship game is Ohio State vs Oregon

Ohio ST probably does some weird put Jack Sawyer in at QB at some point during this game for a fun recognizing moment, no spread is safe with that type of game play

The most Ryan Day thing ever would be going thru the gauntlet of that top bracket, only to lose ND.

Don't let me down Ryan Day. You haven't in a long time.

A Buckeyes team that couldn’t defeat Michigan at home vs an arrogant program that eschewed joining the B1G. 🥱

The only fact is that Oregon got dominated when it mattered most.

Everything you said is speculation

He has the safety net of Chip Kelly up in the booth
