True which is why teams now employ general managers to deal with that shit. The recruiting grind never ends if you want to win. What's interesting is with the playoffs now extending into the third week in January, there's like barely 60 days between the end of the season and spring ball. Starting to be no off-season for the players too.

We've been hearing that ever since he said he was going to hang 100 on Michigan. Since that comment, Ohio hasn't won a game and have score 84 points total. What Monkey is off Day's back? He lost to Michigan again this year, when Michigan didn't even have a QB. You haven't won a conference title since Covid and came in 4th place this past year. Ohio gets hot at the right time and Ohio gives him $90 million.
Keeping Day is a dream scenario for Michigan.
