And now you are a struggling adultCheapest, and whatever's nearby when I need it. When I still lived down South, I only used Amoco/BP stations. Amoco was one of the first companies to give me a credit card when I was a struggling college student.
My store has its own kitchen area. It’s all legit, no frozen bullshit. Pretty common in the south for gas stations to also have biscuits@Illustrious Potentate ya hear that?
You gotta Tudor's Biscuit World there? My store has its own kitchen area. It’s all legit, no frozen bullshit. Pretty common in the south for gas stations to also have biscuits
Yea, I’ll drive ten extra miles and pay $5 more per gallon before giving them my money.Holy shit! I am not aware of any Holiday's in my area but we have a shit ton of Circle K's
so with that shit I wonder if it wasn't the distributor ripping off the gas stations by selling them shitty product...like how high does it go or does it jsut stop at the sourceDead ass. Not like a once oopsie shit either.

Get Go, bitches.
No, and I wouldn’t get a biscuit from a chain restaurant eitherYou gotta Tudor's Biscuit World there?
It’s 100% the distributor. Gas stations like that aren’t tied to a refinery, so they buy their gas on the spot market.so with that shit I wonder if it wasn't the distributor ripping off the gas stations by selling them shitty product...like how high does it go or does it jsut stop at the source
I imagine they test it or have some kind of report to review prior to filling their tanks...so they signed off on somethingIt’s 100% the distributor. Gas stations like that aren’t tied to a refinery, so they buy their gas on the spot market.
@HammerDown was right, there ARE a lot of fags on here
Probably no testing. They’d buy from known distributors and if they had a problem, they’d go back to them to address it. They’re buying gas every day, they’re not out with testing equipment every time the truck shows up.I imagine they test it or have some kind of report to review prior to filling their tanks...so they signed off on something
true...I know when we buy fuel for our diesels here at the plant we test it. It doesn't take long, but I doubt a gas station has a lab set up and it isn't like testing chlorine content in the pool.Probably no testing. I used to work in an indy gas station. We got shipments about 5 times a month, might have gotten a state inspector out once a quarter. We relied on that inspector to tell us if there was a problem with any pumps or with the fuel.Probably no testing. I was going to say, once a day fuel offloads seems a bit too oftenI used to work in an indy gas station. We got shipments about 5 times a month, might have gotten a state inspector out once a quarter. We relied on that inspector to tell us if there was a problem with any pumps or with the fuel.
The guy I know who owns gas stations owns several, so he may be referring in aggregate. He also owns them in pretty busy parts of Los Angeles, so he may go through more than most. Interestingly, gas stations make very little money on gas. He made nearly all of his money at the car wash and market.I was going to say, once a day fuel offloads seems a bit too often
now you have me thinking about their storage size. A post stamp lot in LA likely can't hold too much fuel, so it may be likely they need multiple fills a week...The guy I know who owns gas stations owns several, so he may be referring in aggregate.
