Spring Games Are Getting Shut Down

In all fairness to the young'uns, I barely stayed out of the federal pen when the Navy gave me $14k/yr and was more obnoxious than a Bamma booster ...

Who knows? People sell the kid short, but he's a 5-star athlete going into his 3rd year in the program and looked better throwing the ball last Saturday than Sayin did. Lincoln led 2 55-yard td drives; Julian had 2 picks.

But that is just what we get to see. It's a summation of a lot of things, like the winter workouts, spring ball, summer ball and fall camp. I have confidence that Day and Hartline will pick the best player. Coaches who play favorites usually get to be ex-coaches sooner rather than later.

I was surprised he didn't enter the portal but maybe he believed he could end up starting there.

In what may have been our last spring game, it was a good day. D looks great, but young. Offense looked good. WRs actually caught the ball, the OL actually blocked, and he your RBs looked good. Gunner Stockton will be QB1, but Puglisi looked like a very good QB2. Very few injuries.

Expect to lose 1-3 guys in the portal, with no surprises. Natty back on.
