College tuition nowadays is ridiculous. If I were to attend the college I did back in the day, a 4 year degree would cost me $195,000. I shudder to think what an advanced degree would cost. You'd have to get a serious job to pay that and your other living expenses. I bet there are a lot fewer art history majors now than there were earlier.

Do what now??? I can understand when they had football games there, because the track layout works with a gridiron. I can imagine some horrible sight lines for a baseball game
 
The boss’s wife gets annoyed that I stock the office with a bunch of crap snacks so she packed him a bunch of organic shit. Among her brilliant choices…a whole mango. I reminded him that they are not to be eaten like apples, but more like an avocado. So today is day 5 and he gleefully produces a knife and cutting board from his little knapsack.

The closest seats in the outfield look to be like 300 feet from the fences. According to the renderings, every single seat looks worse than any ballpark view. Explains how there’s thousands of tickets unsold…
