More Michigan Cheating

Distract much?

That Michigan hasn't leaked anything from the meeting tells me nothing came out of the meeting that favored Michigan.
There’s no decision that happens at the meeting. Both sides make an argument to the 3rd part committee. Then it ends. Then the committee takes 30-90 days (says the ncaa prez) to deliberate. There wouldn’t be anything to leak.

No shit Sherlock.

The NCAA's argument obviously has Michigan tinkling in their tighty whities.

Otherwise they'd be leaking like they did after receiving the NOA.

The ncaa and Michigans argument likely remains unchanged. That’s all this means. We know what both are.

The NOA contained exactly was it says "Allegations".
The NOA did not tell Michigan what evidence they had to support said 'Allegations'.

The NCAA's evidence was presented at the meeting.
If they had no evidence, or if said evidence was weak, then Michigan would have leaked it by now.

Yes. It does. You dummy.

You are still wasting your time on this. What could possibly be leaked? There are no decisions made during the 2 day meeting. The two sides make their case and then they have 27 years to make a decision, because it is the NCAA and everything happens in slow motion. So we will have a decision on this some time in 2050.

LOL

We ALL know that. Tell us something we don't know.

Michigan has been leaking since the beginning in attempt to establish an innocence narrative.
Michigan selectively leaked from the NOA to establish a narrative.
We have not seen the entire NOA.

The NOA is simply 'allegations'.
The evidence the NCAA gathers is not in the NOA. The evidence was presented at the meeting.
That Michigan hasn't leaked the evidence presented at the meeting means it can't be good for Michigan.

Did Michigan leak it, or did Michigan release it? There is a big difference. If Michigan released it it is likely accurate. If it was leaked, who leaked it? Could the Unholy ohio state university have release a phony copy to interfere with recruiting? I am not making any accusations, I just don't trust things from an unnamed source at Michigan.

Whether the evidence is in the NOA (fwiw, I believe it was substantially in there, otherwise how could a school respond?) could easily be solved if Michigan would just respond to the dozens of FOIA requests for its release.

What does what?

“The NOA did not tell Michigan what evidence they had to support said 'Allegations'”

Yes. It does.

No it doesn't.

It's called a Notice of Allegations. It's simply a summary and it does not contain all 'evidence'

Once an NOA is handed down, then the institution can request the 'evidence' that supports the allegations. That is an entirely separate action.

All this because Michigan brought in a depth piece? If anything they’re probably more worried about Jadyn Davis bolting when Underwood wins the job, leaving us with just two scholarship QBs.

Keene's Injury must be worse than thought if they brought in Garcia, also Garcia is TERRIBLE, Michigan is in trouble if he ever actually has to see the field. Dude got benched at ECU for Sparty reject Katin Houser

Right. They give Michigan the notice and include all evidence of the violations. Michigan actually even took issue with some of the evidence because it’s anonymous; which is technically also not allowed. You are simply wrong here. The evidence has been know since the notice was delivered.

You're wrong (as usual).

The rest of your post is meaningless and typical maze&blew distraction.

I hope this link settles this silly argument, but I am not confident. The NOA lays out the facts. The evidence is available via a secure website. It's not like they ask a school to fess up without showing them why they were charged.

Once the investigation has closed, the NCAA enforcement staff sends a notice of allegations to an institution and involved individuals. The notice of allegations outlines the rules that the institution is alleged to have broken and describes the facts of the case.

However, if an institution agrees with the facts that the investigation has uncovered, the case can enter the summary-disposition process before a notice of allegations is provided. In summary disposition, the school and the enforcement staff agree on the facts and a set of penalties to be imposed; no hearing before the Committee on Infractions is necessary.

Once an institution receives a notice of allegations, it has up to 90 days to respond in writing. Extensions can be provided. Evidence − including recorded interviews, summaries and transcripts − can be reviewed at the national office or through a private, secure website.

When all parties have had the opportunity to respond, a hearing is set before the Committee on Infractions.

It has nothing to do with the alleged Michigan “cheating”. I know it was @MAIZEandBLUE09 who posted it and you were just replying, but I need to reply to get this thread 10,000 posts 🤪
