Frost loved his game plan which was an abject failure. How friggin arrogant is that. How pitiful is the QB recruiting/development, OL recruiting/development, WR recruiting/development, and RB recruiting/development. See a pattern? Frost has his hands in everything offense and it is a failure - but hey, as long as Frost loves it everything is fairy tinkles and unicorn farts.
 
Lincoln has a problem for sure !! I just don't see how Frost will be successful when he keeps saying; we have a great plan, great practices ever, I believe in what we are doing, blah, blah, blah. I think he has one more year, next year sets up good for schedule with tough games at home, but I'm not sure that even matters anymore. Who can they turn too next??
 
Well we play at Rutgers at 3pm on Friday on BTN
 
Great game to end this crappy season. If they get run, could it be the end of the Frost era??

Yes, clock began ticking this year IMO, I would think that he has to show progress next year or else. I guess the big question is, is 4 years ample time to know if he can do this or not?? I think yes, if not 4 than 5 for sure.

I think will get 5 but gotta start showing some improvement. Need some coaching changes this offseason

4 years is surely enough time to show improvement. I mean, even if you inherit an entire roster of 5'9" 168 pound kickers, you should be able to replace them by then. That alone should produce evidence of progress on the field. This hasn't been the case thus far.
Next season not only has to show an improvement but, IMHO, a significant improvement. 8 wins or bust.
 
I'm good with it. Get the young guy some more experience. Every little bit helps.
