I specialized at cleaning up after the outsourcing fuckups. That way, I didn't have to stick to an original budget and could get supplemental funds at USD/CAD rates.

How do you wind up not being the fall guy on a failed sales team fuck-up? They just want commissions based on an over priced, costs way under estimated discounted deal that they expect some schmuck to execute that has no possibility of success given the funding shortfall based on non-existent $11/hr Indian programmers.

I have. Decisions to outsource are cyclical. It's a cheap solution to a perceived problem, that will periodically be tried and retried.
