Eric Mussleman would be the home run hire. I'd put that at like 10% chance of happening. After that a bunch of mid major types would be in the running. Guys like, Niko Medved at Colorado State, Craig Smith at Utah State, Darian DeVries at Drake. Brian Ditcher at San Diego State is also a likely candidate.

Yeah that's true about Mash. I think he can be a solid B1G player, but his height makes him a huge liability defensively and he needs to improve his 3 point shooting.

I think a win tonight wraps up a 2 for Iowa. Even with a loss in their first game of the B1G tournament. I'd say Bama probably is as well at this point.
Seeing that Kofi is 21 years old and 7’ 285 I’ll take that he can just catch the ball and not travel on every play. Not really worried about assists. Once he develops more and has a better feel we can talk about his passing skills
i don’t think their D is that bad. They certainly are not as talented on offense as Iowa so they have to be pretty decent on both sides of the ball to be where they are at

Definitely played better second half but it was bad first half
I don’t like #1 seeds but great way to finish the regular season. Illinois not great with the hype. We shall see this team is coming together nice on both sides of the ball

Really the only advantage to the 1 as opposed to the 2 this year is you get to avoid Gonzaga or Baylor til the F4. Otherwise teams 4 through about 12 are very similar imo
Playing good basketball when it really matters, down the stretch. Didn't realize they finished winning 11 of 12. That's impressive.
