it's hot most place due to extremely low interest rates. I've refied two years in a row thinking they won't go much lower. I could probably refi again, but it loses it's value when you have to pay closing costs

Gopher Womens Hockey-left out of the tournament, and two teams with worse resumes got in ahead of them

Gophers Mens Basketball-10-3 start to season with some big wins over top Michigan, Iowa, Mi State (watered down). Finished 13-14 and are going to fire their coach

Gophers Mens Hockey-In first most of season but on final weekend fell to 2nd place to of all teams, badgers.

Everyone has a double garage too. They have THREE cars between the dude, broad and kid. Zero of them go in the garage because they have so much garbage and the kid is always the only car EVER parking on our street.

Don't park in my garage.

But, it's a manual opening door, on a detached garage. About the only advantage I'd gain by parking one of the cars in it is that the birds wouldn't shit on it, and that pretty much stopped when we cut down the dying tree at the end of the driveway. Plenty of room for both our cars at the end of the driveway anyway. So the garage is basically just my storage shed.
