it was a joke
go review some movies, why doncha?
21. Black Sea (2014) – Submarine based movie and I love me some Scoot McNairy and Ben Mend and Jude Law ain’t too shabby either. I dug it, if you’re into it.
22. The Assignment (1997) – Three fine actors top billed, but I can’t recall this movie for the life of me. Like I think I remember some Aidan Quinn stuff, but, yeah, nothing.
23. The Square (2017) – Wish the one scene alone where the living art piece did his thing was more thorough. I wonder if that’s where the man who sold his skin got inspiration this past year. Fucked up premise to think about, though I wonder if there was truth in it. I did enjoy that movie. This one? Meh.
24. Spaceship Earth (2020) – My recollection of this doc is a bit fuzzy, but I recall they were creepy and, yeah, no more needs be said.
25. The Willoughbys (2020) – Dumb animated movie I sat through thinking it may have been nominated, I mean I was hoping it would have been good, but it was not.
26. Circus of Books (2019) – San Fran (if I recall correctly), couple opened up a store, smut books seemed to work, went for that with the hustler and others, must have faded over the years, so they fell on hard times, had to sell, and now made a movie. I don’t know, they made it seem like it was a cultural icon of a store, but if that were the case, why not pivot? Meh, I’m not their CEO, nor is anyone else.
27. Never Rarely Sometimes Always (2020) – Indie movie, got some oscar buzz early on, think the two cats featured did a great job. The subject isn’t for this board. I liked it.
28. True History of the Kelly Gang (2019) – Fuck Jacks. That said, it had a nicely shot scene in it that I thought was pretty cool.
29. Swallow (2019) – Weird fucking movie, but I loved the shots and colors they used, also I think I got the message behind it, fucking weird movie.
30. Camp Dread (2014) – Put it on because Eric Roberts and Danielle Harris (let’s be real, that was the reason it was put on), were the headliners, just a trash movie.
31. Lockout (2012) – Honestly have no recollection of this, figured Maggie Grace would have left a hint of the movie and looking back, I guess her name was always more memorable than her.
32. John Henry (2020) – Twitter roasted this more than I ever could. Moving on then I guess, just such shite….
33. Capone (2020) – I mean, that was a take on Capone I guess. Tom Hardy is an actor and he gave a take on Capone…
34. Hangman (2017) – At some point Pacino has to hang them up. I don’t recall anything in this. Drunk? Always a possibility, but I think it’s more that it sucked. I like me some Karl Urban after all.
35. Pathology (2008) – It was okay, but it reminded me of two better movies I had previously watched. Much better movies.
36. Tone-Deaf (2019) – It doesn’t have the best score on IMDB, but I have a fondness for that lady from silicon valley. Plotholes abound, but meh, good enough for me.
37. Blood Fest (2018) – Spiderman’s fat friend gets to be featured in an ensemble. If this is the one I’m remembering correctly, I dug it for the most part, but the ending and explanation leading up to it… nah.
38. Harpoon (2019) – This is what I confused with #1, The Boat, just a couple of cunts on a boat in the ocean doing cunty things.
39. Bloodline (2018) – I fucks with Stiffler, will never give him a bad review.
40. Ghost Light (2018) – Man, the plot sounds like it’ll be a fun movie, it’s got the dread pirate roberts in it, I wanted to like it, but it was just lacking.
