The path is there

Unless Iowa pulls an OSU and blows Michigan out like 51-0. They aren't getting in either. They have been Houdini this year pulling off the wins
Id lean Baylor for tbe last spot myself but resume wise Iowa has a better one than Bama or Oregon in this scenario but id guess Bama gets in too unless they get annhilated

I will make this easy. You tell me the CFP teams who have one loss that is as bad as either of Oregon's losses? I will wait to see ur response, as there has to be quite a few if you think Oregon is jumping all these teams
I will make this easy for you, they aren’t putting a losing conference champ game team in unless they are from the SEC. So you can continue to care mightily about Oregon’s losses while pretending Oregon’s chances are still 0%.

I think the CFP folks need to watch the games coming up also. I mean really watch them. Hear me out. Georgia destroys Bama 43-17. Cincy just loses period. Iowa beats Michigan 17-14 in an ugly game. Oregon wastes Utah 53-20. Baylor beats Okie State, name the score.

Oregon make it in then?

0.00000001 % ?

I dont see Oregon gettinh in either but theyd have a 2 in 5 shot

@OregonDucks - Don't worry, I will have your av to you by Dec 31st, like we agreed. Perhaps you would like to comment on what it should be?

I bumped the thread for you.

The big issue is Oregon isnt jumping Baylor. Theyre already behind them and beating Utah isnt as good as beating OKST

So really itd depend in how bad UGA beats Bama. If its close Bama is in. If its a blowout then i think Bama is out and tbe last spot is Oregon or Iowa

The fact you think a 'conference championship' over 3 loss Utah is going to push Oregon in is laughable. The ONLY way it'd get them in is if it were an automatic bid. Otherwise, once they lost to Stanford, there chances were slim to none. Once they lost by 31 to Utah, the slim to none, just went to none.

My whole thing is Oregon isnt 100% dead out of it yet. New Michigan fan thinks there is nothing that can be done, there’s no way they make it. In the scenario you mentioned Georgia crushing bama and an ugly slugfest in the B12 where Baylor wins could jolt Oregon in.

At the end of the day this is all most likely not happening. There is zero reason to think Michigan or Cincy will lose. Pretty sure Juniors defense will hold Baylor again as well.

More so then a loss? The laughable part is on you thinking otherwise. It’s just common sense thinking a team winning a game is going to push said team over another team that just lost.

I have spent since Saturday night analyzing and figuring out the potential path for the Oregon Ducks to make the College Football Playoffs and I have found one.

Just saw this thread and the quoted is all that I have read so far. But before I get into reading it I just want to say:

Agreed

My hope for Iowa is Michigan was sooo up for last week they come out flat and we can get up early and make them pass to carch up maybe getting some turnovers but its a pretty slim shot

You still have a good defense. Ya never know. I should have probably put Junior as won’t lose and Michigan as probable. I’m happy you guys are the night game. Need to look at the line and that O/U

Yeah, no one gives a shit what you think new Michigan fan . Ive outlined how they can still get in, it’s not a good or a likely chance but it’s still a chance. But continue this 0% BS you are spewing while continuing to not answer the question I posed to you. Try it one more time?

If Bama, Michigan, Cincy, junior all lose while Oregon wins, who does the committee put in? Can you actually try answering the question this time?

Answer the fucking question and prove you are not trying to distract from your own stupidity. If the scenario plays out, who does the committee put in its top 4? Care to answer or just cry about Oregon’s losses? Answer the fucking question new Michigan fan.

YOU STILL ARENT ANSWERING THE QUESTION? Gee I wonder why. Top 4, who does the committee put in in this scenario? And lol thinking Cincy, Junior, or Michigan is getting in over Oregon with a loss this weekend while Oregon wins.

GIVE ME WHO YOU THINK THE COMITTEE PUTS IN THE TOP 4, in this scenario.

Looks like ralphie hasn't pooped today.

I'm still waiting for you to name the team in CFP contention that has a loss worse than Oregon? You can pick either Oregon loss to compare it with. You seem to be ignoring this.

You seem to think bad losses is the only thing that matters, none have as bad a loss As Oregon does. See how I answered your question. Nor does anyone have as good a win. Neither is the only thing that matters though. You can continue to look dumb thinking anyone outside the SEC is getting into the playoffs if they lose their conference champ game. Anything else?
