2022 Season Thread

LOL at HMS.

Late in the race, Bowman gets into the wall, then Larson puts Elliott into the wall then lies by saying he didnt know he was there, even though he moved to block the move. :laugh3:

Really impressed with the 43 so far in 2022. That's 2 races to start the year with Jones running up front all race.

Elliott is a little bitch.

Not a fan of Larson, but him walling that douche Chase Elliott raised my opinion of him.

Damn shame about Reddick. He had the car to beat then the flat tire and Byron running out of talent.

Would have also been cool for Suarez to get the win. They need to tell him that nobody is gonna be mad if he right rears a Hendrick car for the win.

And back to back weeks, the driver I picked in my buddy's league was running near the front late in the race to set me up with a nice points race only to wreck. Fucking Bowman.

But Larson is three for three in wrecking people this year. Haley at the Bud Shootout(really, that should have resulted in an ass kicking destroying a new car in an exhibition race when Haley was shoved into him), started a big one when he spun Harvick in the 500, which also destroyed a car for the small, part time team of Beard Racing and then today he walled his douchiest teammate.

So...

Who will be the victim next week.

He's gonna fall out of favor with the fans in a hurry if he keeps that up.

After watching it a few more times, I think it’s clear that Larson was trying to block Elliott, he just tried way too late. Like so late that Elliott got the worst end of it. Had it only been slightly late, either Elliott checks up or Larson gets right reared into the wall. You have to imagine that Larson’s spotter didn’t let him know that Elliott was alongside him and that Larson thought Elliott just had a run up top that he was going to block

Larson might have thought his team mate was going to push him past the other car you know like a good team mate .

Possibly.

But either way, they’ve made it way too easy to make up laps. Elliott’s day should have been done long before that and that 16 car recovering from 6 laps down to get a top 10 finish shouldn’t be possible

We raced against Larson for years, it’s nothing new for him to wreck people.

Larsons spotter took blame, said he was so concentrated on clearing 22, that he failed to let Larson know about Elliott before it was too late.

You don’t make a move like that unless you’re intending to block. He knew he was coming, just didn’t know he was already there

I disagree. Even Kenseths commentary said Larson had used 22's side draft and then was climbing the banking to hit the high line. Kenseth said he wouldn't have done that if he knew another car was there.

Kenseth has been away too long. Dude misjudged. Just a shame it didn’t ruin both of their races

Is FOX doing this guess commentator crap all year?

Better Bowman than Larson. Hate it for Chastain. Good race for Vegas, overall meh
