Why does Howard wear the exact same shit every day?

I have been watching since this discussion. About half way through S2. I get distracted in most scenes playing the “still alive?” game. It gets kinda sad…Not sure where but I've seen it on demand up here on HBO.
Can't go wrong.
I thought that scene was supposed to be an Easter egg about the beginning of MMAHoward and Jimmy not gonna scare anyone in a fist fight anytime soon.
We have two episodes left until the mid-season break, after two straight set-up/development episodes, feel like there's gonna be a lot to cover to get to whatever the cliffhanger is gonna be. Kinda love that we're this far into it already and only Nacho's fate has been resolved, and beyond that everything is so up in the air. We even learned we aren't even in on Jimmy and Kim's plan with Howard in the last episode... And Gene? we've got none of him, that needs to be resolved too.
Didn’t we see some trailer with Gene at the doctors office, or something like that?We have two episodes left until the mid-season break, after two straight set-up/development episodes, feel like there's gonna be a lot to cover to get to whatever the cliffhanger is gonna be. Time framing will be important. We know that Jimmy at least thinks Lalo is still alive during his intro scene in S2 of BB. But that scene also feels like it isn’t that far in the future of “current” in BCS.Im guessing we will get a Gene tease in episode 7, the mid season finale.
I'm also curious if the Lalo plot carries into the second half or if that really comes to a head in the last two of this first half.

I think Saul is scared that Lalo finds out that he helped (will help) the DA. So this has to be somewhat close (months?) to where BCS is now. Which probably means the timeline in BCS has probably already passed the start of BB.Not sure Jimmy would ever find out. Unless Mike cared to tell him.
Lalo has to be dead at some point though. That dude would never stop coming and hes completely not a part of any of the BB Gus/Cartel war. So hes gotta be dead somehow with Gus keeping his hands presumed clean.
Maybe he’s in a German prison? Not sure Jimmy would ever find out. Unless Mike cared to tell him.

Maybe he bought the replacement part for a vacuum cleaner and gave the guys number to Jimmy?
I could handle a Lalo show tbh.
One on one with Gus in the not yet finished lab seems to what’s been foreshadowed.Haha Lalo is excellent entertainment. Played really well.
But he needs to meet a very gruesome ending.
It’ll either be that or the opening of the second half. If I remember right there’s only been one Gene opening/season, and it’s always the first episode (until now).Im guessing we will get a Gene tease in episode 7, the mid season finale.

I don’t recall. Are you thinking of season 5 when he was in the hospital?Didn’t we see some trailer with Gene at the doctors office, or something like that?
I don’t think so. I read or heard something about everyone involved is ready to move on from the Breaking Bad universe after this. Which makes sense if true. If they were to do something, however, it’d have to be a present day kind of thing, so a Gene or Jesse story could work. An El Camino like movie with Gene could be cool. Are they trying to setup a Gene show or are they going to actually pay off that storyline somehow?

Gene movie would be great.I don’t recall. Are you thinking of season 5 when he was in the hospital?

He doesn’t think Nacho sent them. He tries throwing Nacho under the bus right away. It’ll either be that or the opening of the second half. If I remember right there’s only been one Gene opening/season, and it’s always the first episode (until now).
Good question, and I just have no idea. However that ends, assuming it has to “end” because Lalo is nowhere to be seen in Breaking Bad, Jimmy won’t be a privy to it, and he must find out he’s (at least now) still alive at some point because he thinks Walt and Jesse were sent by him (or Nacho) when they first meet.
I know Gene had a panic attack (or something, I did a full rewatch of the series before this season started, but I didn’t rewatch S5) and went to the hospital, but I thought I something additional with him in “a” hospital.I don’t recall. Are you thinking of season 5 when he was in the hospital?
