Harvick lit into NASCAR in the interview, and they deserved it, but I'm sure their bitch asses will fine him because they can't handle criticism, even when the criticism they get is because they're putting the lives of the drivers in danger due to their incompetence.

NASCAR seems to be taking the issue seriously and has said its unacceptable (it is) and they're addressing it.

I think they've already notified the teams of an adjustment
