I realize Nebraska controls it's own destiny in the Big 10 Standings to finish somewhere in the Top 5 by winning out.
i.e. Even #11 Maryland could finish ahead of Nebraska at (10-10) if they win out and Nebraska loses out (10-10). That is because Maryland owns the first tiebreaker with head-to-head.
Same can be said for #7 Iowa if they win out (11-9) and Nebraska loses two (11-9). Iowa owns the first tie-breaker.
That being said... Go Terps and Go Goofers.
#3 Northwestern (10-6)
@ #11 Maryland (7-10)
6 PM (CT) BTN
#8 Minnesota (8-8)
@ #2 Illinois (11-5)
8 pm (CT) BTN
Huskers got no help on the leader board tonight.
However, Maryland's loss eliminates them from any Top 5 contention.
