The thing about that is that Allgier had a fine rookie season, and Patterson has flourished as a receiving threat out of the backfield.
There was only two position groups that I would have said the Falcons are in good shape, and that would have been RB and CB.
I’m not high on Ridder at all, but if he’s the QB of the future, he’s gonna need better pass protection than he got last year. O-line is a position of need. As is d-line.
When you have as many flaws as the Falcons do, drafting a RB at 8 just isn’t smart.
