Honestly though, this is how it should be. Starting pitching should matter. Leaning in hard on having 7 or 8 guys be good in a postseason game should not be a playoff strategy.
 
On the down side, the Rangers will not have Adolis Garcia or Max Scherzer the rest of the series.
 
Is my math correct? Does this make the Rangers now 9-0 on the road this entire post season?

If so....that's some pretty wild stuff!

unbelievable. if they seal the deal and win the WS while going 11-0 on the road during the playoffs, I don't think we'll see that feat again in our lifetimes.
 
Would be nice to see this series get back to Texas in order to give the organization an opportunity to honour the life of Frank Howard.

He really only played a handful of games in Texas itself but was a pretty important part of the organization when they were in Washington.

Campanella never played a single game in Los Angeles but no one rolls their eyes at a Dodger game if he is mentioned and often those eyes will be full of tears :wink: :noidea:
