Georgia's 2024 class is going to be nuts...

Yeah, whether we land Raoli or not. B2B natties, Smart is already a top recruiter, the state of Georgia is loaded this year, and we are already half done with 2 5*, and the rest 4*, 8 top 100 players. This will rival the 2021 ATM class (but more balanced) and the 2022 Bama class. It's going to be nice.

Its looking like BV can improve on his top 5 class in 24 and maybe land a top 3 class. Looking strong to land the top 2 defensive lineman in this class as well as a couple top running backs and linebackers.

Georgia's class right now would be the best some teams have ever signed, and there's only 10 kids in it.

LOL ... I posted about a week ago on the UGA Rivals site that if we didn't take another player, and the points for 2024 are close to 2023, we would end up ranked 22nd.

There will be re-evals, and we will lose some of those guys ... it always happens. But this looks to be a great year!

What’s more interesting is that it looks like UGA may have flipped the script on Bama.

Curious to see if Georgia offering the merkingal (sp?) kid pushes Raiola to Nebraska. Rumor was the reason he decided to decommit from Ohio State was bc they offered another QB in the same class

Yeah GA is deep this cycle.. Sark been carpet bombing that state and FL more than any other coach that was at UT

Everyone knows the only true talent comes from GA and FL. A GA 2 star is equal to a Texas 5 star

We already have a QB in the 2024 class, Puglisi.

Raiola would be the second in the class. Offering Jake Merklinger is kind of a plan B thing. The thought goes like this.

Puglisi says he is in Raiola or not. Not sure about that if it actually happens, so if Raiola doesn't come here, or if he does and Puglisi leaves, then we have a shot at Merklinger.

We didn't get a QB in this class but we are good with what we have.

TX isn't deep along the interior DTs, OL this cycle.. Also there isn't really an elite QB.. But someone will pop out.. Arnold wasn't highly thought of til his senior season with a dud of a class at that position in the state.. My guess is Lagway gets elevated this cycle

Looks like a depth QB.. Which you need. I doubt he would be the only QB in that class even if Raiola wasn't in play

I’m just not big on New England players. Let that dude go to BC

Then again, you wanted Smart fired. Soooo, not really sure your thoughts on this matter.

Pugs has a huge arm ... prototypical Pro QB. He's going to be a good.

New Jersey qualify as a new England state?

Smart got his shit together thanks in large part to my warranted criticism. You’re welcome.

Huge arm, plays against slow New England kids. Too much local talent to waste a scholarship on a kid that should be playing ice soccer with his friends
