GAME #8 Texas @ Dora Explorer 2:30 CT on Fox

OU and Texas has one common problem. Neither has their WR rotation down or the roles figured out. That is an issue for Texas, but a serious problem for OU. That is something OU has hung their hat on for years.
you mean that and TH/Yurcich trying to slam a round peg into a triangle hole? They should have just kept attacking the secondary with the pass instead of zone reading it to death.

Texas’ two problems are:
. Pretender head coach
. Fullback playing quarterback

Got to be straight up. I’ve been highly disappointed with Texas at the QB position for the past few years. Doesn’t make sense why you can’t recruit a better QB.

We had Buechele. Herman wanted to secure mediocrity instead of take a chance to be great.

Sam is good, he's not the problem.. sure he throws some bad passes but he hit some beautiful throws.. He started off hot and what did the gameplan turn into? A dose of zone read, trickery, and HB plunges.. He was hurting them through the air and making them pay when in uptempo and him taking off... and they stopped letting him do that.

Buchele is great..when in a pocket and not endangered of being hit. No way would he have survived the 17 season with the OL Sam went out and competed with. And even when that pocket is solid, Buchele still throws ill advised throws. Have no idea why people think Buchele is better than Sam. And thinking Sam is a FB is even more idiotic.

I'm with you on the coaching, however.. I'm going to be honest.. We really going to take these results in 2020 to make changes this December? These early games are all going to be ugly and there will be struggles. I'm happy Texas got the win and now it's on to TCU.. But yeah Tom can be a pretender..is Kirby a pretender too? Is Jimbo a has been? Is Coach O the new Chizik? I'll hang up and listen.

The difference with Kirby, Jimbo, Coach O, and Chizik is they have all proven they can win. Herman has proven he can have mediocracy.

oh so if Tom wins a conference championship he will be included with that awesome tier?
