Aaron Rodgers is a Brittle Bitch

Rogers will stay on the roster for the duration. Working out, and making the occasional "come back" type statement. He will do nothing to jeopardize his guaranteed money. The Jets did what shitty teams do. Hire a used up fossil and pretend the glory days are here.

Did it put butts in seats though? See Rodgers jerseys? I've long since given up trying to figure out what motivates shitty organizations like the Jets.

Yeah, and now they don't get that draft pick because Rodgers won't take 70% of the snaps
The way I understand it, it was a conditional 1st Round Pick, with the fallback, a 2nd Round pick. If you believe that Rodger's injury hurts the team, then the Packers get a mid-round 2nd instead of a late round 1st. I think the Packers won the trade before the injury.

Probably got quite the uptick in season ticket sales from fans who feel really ripped off right now. Rogers jersey sales will tank to "non existent" any time now. He's a Jet on the payroll only.

Jets and Giants always sell out, win or lose.

Looks career-ending. I hope no one signed him to a 3-yr contract or anything...!
40 year old QB can play with a repaired achilles.

It's not like he's Derrick Rose.

At this point in their careers, I run with Wilson before any of those guys but in reality, we are talking about a backup to Wilson anyway because no one is going to step in and be able to learn the offense on the fly.

I don't know why but I think Matt Ryan is the best choice out of the bunch as I'm not convinced he didn't get a raw deal in Indy through disfunction and the Falcons have always been a shit show.
matt ryan is beyond washed up.

Such a total fluke injury. He was barely touched, lust piked his plantar a bit trying to stay upright. I thought they nailed it when they said possible lisfranc injury.

Either way, Jets = Jets.

how many players is it now, whom have suffered season-ending injuries on that Metlife Stadium turf? League really needs to look into this stadium's turf, specifically, this has happened way too often

Jets supposedly sold 400% more season tickets for 2023 compared to 2022. Some serious buyers remorse going on today.

I was surprised by how many fans and the media treated this like this was Reggie White joining the Packers 2.0.

Aaron Rodgers isn’t Tom Brady. I always thought the Jets Super Bowl talk was going overboard.

I don't know how many at MetLife, but its pretty well documented by now that the turfmonster has ended lots of careers in the league.

Damn. I took Rodgers in a Fantasy league. He had fallen in rankings. I thought he would bounce back this year. Oh well. I watched the play where he got injured. Really didn't see much there. I guess it is just old age.
