Favre will end up in Vegas on a restructured contract. Raiders will win super bowl and Rodgers will still be an asshole.

Generally, the smart money play is to stick with such a player for one more year, and take less of a dead money hit in 2024. But so much of the roster is screwed by that contract, the GM might seek to get whatever he can for Rodgers and pay a portion of his salary. There are the desperate owners, but what they'd be willing to pay to get Rodgers is unknown. The only thing that's assured, is that Rodgers will take all the way until training camp to signal his own intentions on retirement.I think the desperate GM + stupid "owner" already did bite for that and now are bent over a barrel.
I think Rodgers already has this team hostage, and they know it. They can't afford to keep him, or cut him, or trade him, or have him retire.
John Madden will come out of retirement to coach them too.Favre will end up in Vegas on a restructured contract. Raiders will win super bowl and Rodgers will still be an asshole.

Rodgers to decide future during darkness retreat
Aaron Rodgers said Tuesday on "The Pat McAfee Show" that he should be closer to making a decision on his future after a four-day darkness retreat.www.espn.com
just needs few days and shit load of drugs to free his mind to make right decision
He's a Californian fruit; that "darkness retreat" was just a cover to give him his "safe space" for a few days.so we've been out of the dark for a week now, right??? and did he not make any decisions??
Meh. Fuck him. This may only be a 5/10 on the LeBron "decision" meter, but Packers fans should move on. I know full well that Jordan Love isn't the answer, and I'm still willing to go to that for 1-2 seasons. He's a Californian fruit; that "darkness retreat" was just a cover to give him his "safe space" for a few days.
Every Packers fan I've spoken to is ready to move on. We're over the relentless Rodgers drama and just want to get back to a "team" game - even if it is with a lesser QB. And frankly, I'm not so sure Love will be any worse on the field than Rodgers will be moving forward.Meh. Fuck him. Love seems like a career backup in quality, at best. But Rodgers has 1-2 years left, and 2022 was a gigantic gamble, considering that contract and subsequent roster reworking for everyone else. If they make a deal... For the first time in his career, Rodgers is gonna be the 2nd- or 3rd-best QB in his own division.

I'd rather they not get draft assets for Rodgers, ride him and out and trade off loveI hate to admit it,but yeah.........
I cant speak for rest of my Bears bretheren, but now that I think the Bears are gonna be making a huge leap,I want Aaron more than ever to stay put in GB.........
