They will struggle to make the NCAA Tournament THIS season. Next year will be even more difficult.

oddly enough, it isn't the on-the-court stuff that i would be worried about. Davis has been putting his foot in his mouth the entire year. He went from saying that UNC has the talent to the contend for a national title to "oh, we just don't have the horses to keep up with Miami and Wake"

It was just a week ago where he was proclaiming that Bacot was the ACC POY and there isn't a close second. Now, he's indirectly claiming that Bacot would be the 4th player at best on Wake's roster. lmao. He's also word vomited about positionless basketball.

and yeah, Forbes has done a great job! I moved back to Winston-Salem in May and I have season tickets so this season has been a blast so far. I'm worried that the soft OOC schedule is going to come back to bite the Deacs in the ass, but we'll see. They pass the eye test.

The weaker schedule might bite them in the ass for seeding but I think they should make the tourney. Too many winnable games in the ACC to build up enough wins to get in.

Just may not have the quality to really set up good positioning opening weekend.

went to a game there a few years ago and it was the worst experience ever. its pretty amazing that the ACC lets a school play at a glorified gym like Cameron. for thirty years, the ACC made Wake play their conference games at the Greensboro Coliseum b/c the Winston-Salem Memorial Coliseum was too small. PISSES ME OFF
