My almost 47 year old ass can't play hockey right now because my rotator cuff is a torn up mess but I can still skate circles around all of you

And usually, "those guys" can't fight either, they just wanna look like they can.
...Every "gym rat" I know is very vain and truly very insecure humans but project themselves with an aura of fake confidence and masculinity that perceptive secure men see right through. Not saying that's you, but that's a hell of a lot of men just like you.
This has also made me more knowledgeable about the human shoulder. Hey Cubs fans, they are lying to you about Cade Horton's injury!![]()

What's the most difficult hockey operations when you've got a bum rotator cuff? That's not a common "hockey" injury to play through. My almost 47 year old ass can't play hockey right now because my rotator cuff is a torn up mess but I can still skate circles around all of you![]()
You're deflecting like Wonder Woman. Must've hit a bullseye on that profile.Wow.
Did something happen at the Comic Con foursome you weren’t expecting?

I’m 49 and I don’t feel or look any different than when I was in my early 30’s. 6 foot 210 all muscle. Strong as fuck. 32 inch waist.
Are you self-diagnosed or have you had surgery?
I tore mine up in college and completely repaired it on my own.
Or maybe he doesn't give the slightest crap what people think of him; he just loves playing hockey.Maybe he just plays hockey so people will think he works out.

I've had imaging done, not self-diagnosed. Two partial thickness tears, supraspinatus and subscapularis. They're healing but I'm probably going to be dealing with frozen shoulder for a little while when they're done.
I had a partial tear in my right subscap before this too (about 5 years ago) so I've been through this already.

Idk exactly what I did to mine but I did it doing upright rows too fast. I couldn’t move it, raised my arm, hold anything heavier can a couple of pounds (couldn’t hold a milk jug), couldn’t sleep on it, it was awful and it was like that for a year.
Eventually I just took major rest then repaired it going very high rep low weight exercises using cables. That was well over 20 years ago and I’ve had zero issues w it since.
Honestly bro it sounds like you’re a fatty who is jelly of dudes who workout for some reason.
