Pool isn’t an option and isn’t happening so you mofos need to pay attention.

Where do you live, cocksucker?
Precisely my question. Where you live is going to be a major determinant in what you put out there. Anyone that puts a pool in their yard in NE Ohio is a dumbassed dummy

Firepit. That's the cheapest option and easiest to get rid of when you realize sitting in the backyard getting bit by mosquitos sucks

I only use our outdoor kitchen to hold things as I grill, mostly it just takes up patio space. A hot tub you will use infrequently, trust me. You will spend a lot heating it and keeping the water clean, and when it is cold you will enjoy it until you have to get out.
Amen. Firepit you can use all year. You can get enjoyment just sitting by yourself or with a group.

Little maintenance and your only ongoing expense is wood and or toxic materials you choose to burn

I think what we are going to do is extend our patio 14 feet with flagstone and put up sails for shade. We‘ll get a firepit but not a built in so it won’t take up space when not in use.

Just a llama?
Hell no those things are mean. My wife would love some goats and chickens but 1. They aren't allowed where we live and 2. She wouldn't be taking care of them.

Went with just the patio.

Tripled the space .

Will seal the flagstone in a week and waiting on the sun sails to provide cover.

Trying to decide if I’m going to paint, stain or just let the posts turn grey. After we seal it I’ll string lights.
