That's what I call filler instead of fish. Not the same hush puppy. Lexington BBQ makes theirs with a little honey and chopped onion. Damn they're good. And they don't pile a bunch under the meat so it looks like you have twice as much either.

Nothing wrong with most of those other sides, but for me the only ones that truly go with a pulled pork sammie are cole slaw, fries, and a pickle. If you got dill chips on top of the sammie, that's good too
