Yup and had Edey. Our athleticism matches up with them real well. If we didn’t miss bunnies it woulda been uglier quicker.

Still interested how we do consistently vs big/strong teams. Those will be hard.

But losing Kolek isn’t what people thought(I’d still love to have him) because 35 minutes of a healthy Ross on D instead of Kolek D limitations. Makes up for losing his offense(where Kam helps to make up anyways).

BE starting to stockpile some wins now. Great job by SJU after blowing a huge lead to come back late in regulation and in OT to ultimately win in double OT

Had it on on the 2nd screen and kinda stopped paying attention. Looked back over and it was a 2 point game and SMU clanked a couple FT's to set up the Roach winner.
 
It's amazing that no matter who the coach of St Johns is, the team is always the same, undisciplined and low basketball IQ
 
INcredible game. Both teams took turns trying to blow that one for like 15 minutes.

Baylor missed 5 free throws in 2 OT to get down by 4. Then Baylor missed 3/4 to lose the game. Both teams had dumb turnvoers

Ejefor forsure the dunce of the game. Up 4 with 40 seconds left he tried to drive wildly instead of killing clock/forcing a foul. Turned it over. Then missed those 2 free throws.

BE needs Seton Hall to try to stay afloat for the rest of the non con(extremely unlikely). Then just become the new DePaul/Georgetown this year and take L after L in league play

That offense is so bad. But they play enough D they could pick off teams later with improvement. And it would likely just result in fucking a teams resume.

Can we please, and I beg of it. Stop with the Ryan Kalkbrenner is a POY(of any sort) candidate? Or even more than a 3rd team All American?

My god its madness. He's a 7'2 3 time d player of the year(farce) and in year 5 because of nights like tonight. He has quite literally 0 skill set. He's 100% reliant on teammates feeding his size.

Do you know how flawed you have to be, to supposedly be elite defensively and 7 feet, and not make it to the NBA in 5 years?

No elite player will ever have a game with 1 shot attempt and 2 assists

Yea, preseason AA is a joke.

He needs guys who can create their own shot and passing angles like Schierman.

I don't think Creighton is a Top 25 team, they lost too much and I don't know anything about the transfers, but they look terrible.

That was flat out embarassing though. How do end up with zero FGs? At least hit the boards and get a putback.

I think whatshisface, Coleman Hawkins looks better as 1st team AA

Pop Issacs was good at TT last year but not a great shooter.

They need Ashworth healthy badly or they are screwed.

Still think they are good. But kinda funny how much love they got when they lost two guys in Alexander and Schierman who were massively well rounded. They werent just scorers. They could pass. Shoot. Take off the dribble. Rebound. Defend.

An athletic and talented Georgia team with size. But may not have great metrics. On a neutral floor in a completely empty gym all the way in the Bahamas for 1 game at 10 am. After playing two high level big 10 games with travel.

Nothing to gain. And we look like shit(or so I'm told I ain't paying $30 to stream).

Just stupid

That team is decent. High Q2 right now based on Kenpom. Was still a stupid game to schedule all the way there in a some random ice rink gym with probably D3 officials.

Won and covered tho. Starting 5 can compete with any team in the country. Bench fucking blows tho.

Not to overlook the quick to return for cupcakes

But I'm interested to see how we do at Hilton now. That's 100% a loss. They are too good. Hilton is too tough. And they play such good hounding D its not an ideal match up. But if we can hang in there in a rock fight it would be telling. Get crushed and kinda just expect it.

Need the shot making Jop/Gold from today. But those two have been incredible on D. Beyond my imagination.
