Gnabry only plays well when he has the full Afro. Cornrow Gnabry sucks. Ever since Sane went full Virgil Van Dyke he has been unstopable. Davies "do" needs to not be altered for the time being.

Not a great game today, but kind of just managed it. Defense and Ulreich good but misters offensively. Another decent game from Chopo. No surprise Musiala and Chopo since they consistently hit the next when they shoot.

Also, found I could get ESPN+ up here if I run some fake VPN thing? But that would mean I'm watching on a computer wouldn't it? I don't watch stuff on my computer. Computers are for work.

Great. I watch the games a lot on my computer especially the week day games when I am working on one laptop and then have the game on the other. My screen pretty big so I like it on the laptop. I love it. Fake VPN works. I had to do that when Germany played England for their first matchup in Nations League this year with the VPN picking up the England broadcast.

Musiala almost had a second one where the defender lifted his leg on the line and saved it. Even though Musiala scored it wasn't his best game. Was a bit greedy a couple times where a simple pass and Chopo would have a had a tap in. A lot of the kids played yesterday so it was a good performance overall imo especially the back line. Pretty much snuffed out everything. Ulreich had a couple big saves too. The negative is he doesn't know how to play out the back quick therefore allowing the press to set up and hinders the buildup. You could see that a lot yesterday. Watch Neuer and Davies. The moment he makes the save, Davies is already moving forward knowing it is coming quick to him. You could do worse than Ulreich though. Back to back clean sheets.

Mine is 27" too but still works for me. But I agree they big screen is better. For Bayern Munich I would pay for fake VPN if I couldn't get it
 
Union just took a dump against Bochum. Needed that. Union just doesn't have enough offense to last here. Those 1-0 wins when your defense falters slightly become 2-1 losses. Big penalty save for Bochum too in that game. Back to back wins versus Union and Frankfurt.

Only if I pay for DAZN. TSN used to supply them all but no longer.

TSN does cover 100% of the WC and WC of Rugby though.
 
Was De Ligt worth the 80 million? Starting to look like it. Upa signing now looks a lot better in the 2nd season too. Bayern defense may be one of the best if not the best right now in European football.
 
I would not have thought Bayern would be up 3-0 on Mainz in the first half.

6 goals. Everyone looked good. Ulreich had his first real howler but made a big save on the penalty. Couldn't fault him for the 1st goal. That was Kimmich's man Widmer. Chopo now 6 goals in 5 games. Musiala goal superb off of Chopo assist. Even Tel gets a goal.

Tuesdays game I want all the youngsters in there. Wanner starts.

Today was a glimpse of life without Muller and Neuer. It won't be too bad I guess.

Bayern finally has a soft schedule to finish first half: Hertha, Schalke, Bremen.
 
The BVB-Eagles match is very entertaining.

Speaking of a time without Neuer, what is Bayern going to do about Nubel? Nubel, understandably so, doesn't want to stay if Bayern keep extending Neuer. Bayern would also be daffy to not extend Neuer another year unless his body starts to go.

Not sure about that and sure if Nubel is the future goalie still. It is a tricky decision
 
Great Bellingham goal. He and Choupo have to be the two players in the BuLi right now in the best form.
