That's the first I've seen him interviewed as well. His accent seems to be a blend of English/German (for obvious reasons).
 
BVB is actually playing defense today, and without Süle.

Seriously. They played their derby on day 1. Embarrassing that Union in Europa and Hertha battling relegation. Union one of the best run teams in Europe on a budget.

Back to back weeks the best player on the team. If I remember, they plucked Musiala out of the Chelsea academy. He has to start most games unless he falls off, but right now he is right there as most talented. Not quite Mane / Muller yet but getting there. But dribbling, he is already the best.

It weird to watch Bayern without Lewandowski. Almost like Lewandowski demanded the ball it put stress on others. That stress gone. Now look how free flowing it is. Gnabry looks great. Mane is a beast. Even Sane in both his sub appearances looked great. It is coming in waves. Coman suspended for two games, doesn't matter.

Just watched.

Musiala is a beast. He can handle that ball in phone booth and come up with it. Sweet little back heel, one touch passes. His 2nd goal he literally would not be knocked down.

I don't know if you know who I mean by Pavel Datsyuk, but when he was on the ice, the puck was his. You had it, he took it. And he too could stickhandle in a crowd and make it through. Very similar effect on the other team to Musiala.

If this Tel kid can come on, they have Mane, Musiala, Sane, Gnabry, not even playing Goretzke yet.

I thought Davies had a solid game too. He's just so fast he simply runs guys down.

Overall though, like last week it was a tale of 2 halves.

Pavel Datsyuk Red Wing legend. I see the comparison. Detroit Red Wings are loved on the wife side of the family since they are all from Michigan.

I loved "The Datsyuk" as I referred to him. I only saw him live once in Vancouver and he made a brilliant goal to tie it up. Only to lose in a lame shootout.

I see Musiala with those same wily skills. His feet are really lively and hard to figure out I think.

I just watched his 2nd goal again, and he simply would not be denied.

Saw that. Posted at the EPL board him and Tuchel had a falling out. That Leipzig frontline is going to be lethal. I saw Raum played this weekend. Looked good. That should help their defense.
 
Frankfurt only lost to Real Madrid 2-0 today. Far cry from from the 6-1 drubbing by Bayern. Do we have a comparison of Bayern and Real Madrid? Probably not but still interesting. Real interesting thing is will Lewandowski be registered to play this weekend or at all in La Liga. Would be hilarious if he only could play in UCL.
 
Good read on Bayern start. Interesting how Nagelsmann use of Lewey last season affecting goals compared to expected goals. You could see why he was unhappy and wanted out. This group is more to Nagelsmann style. No single central number 9. We'll see how it goes long term, but so far lethal.
