Me too. According to Bild again...it was performance based. Since January 2022 his record not great (per Bayern) and definitely long spells of scoring issues. Remember last season 2nd half, Lewey and Muller numbers really dropped off. Then the Villareal fiasco. Everyone is underachieving offesively but Chopo and the Moose but Bayern has a lot of dumbfucks on the team now. He was supposed to be an offensive genious but didn't happen (even with some Lewey). Kimmich/Goretzka what they were 2 years ago. He is getting outcoached now in many games, especially the press, and you know Bayern they run coaches out quickly since Pep and Jupp. Ancelloti, run out by players, Kovac, even Hansi run out by management. Now Nags. Bild says he was not getting along wth management...Brazzo... and Brazzo ran him out. But Tuchel? Here we go a back 5 and no possession against Man City and 1-0 games. Tuchel is Dortmunds sloppy seconds. Were they that desparate for Thomas fucking Tuchel????? Leipzig must be laughing, but they are Tuchel part 2 with Rose who is everyone's sloppys seconds. You watch Nags will go win big somewhere else. You just know. This is a real disappointment with many at fault. No one gets out of this unscathed.

Ok.. sounds like Ancelloti at Bayern who by the way has won 5 UCLs. I wonder what players? I will guess: Muller, Sane, Gnabry, Goretzka, Neuer. A bunch of underachieving cry babies.

Interesting. Kimmich plays all the time and gets to play midfield so is happy. He too needed to do better to break the press everyone uses on Bayern now and have no clue how to solve. Davies and Musiala and Chopo probably happy too. And Sommer, DeLigt and Upa.

No harmony players: Neuer, Mane, Sane, Pavard, Gravenberch, Gnabry, maybe Muller at times.

P.S. They put all their eggs in one basket next weekend. 100% have to beat Dortmund. No exceptions or a board member gets to walk the plank too. Freiburg in the Pokal. Lose that and another board member walks. Man City they won't win with Nags or Tuchel. Not this season.

Agree on all of this.

I quite frankly wonder why Tuchel would want this job knowing he can get clipped if he loses and legs of the Treble competitions. I, similar to you, have not been impressed with Nagelsmann, but to give him the Ancelotti treatment when the team still has the possibility of a Treble blows my mind. If they wanted to rid themselves of Nagelsmann, it should have occurred during the summer break. Being one point behind your biggest rival in the BuLi after winning the league for ten straight years is not justification for sacking your manager in my opinion.
 
So I guess at 2.31 he was barely sackable lol. Between 2.31 and 2.41 barometer. Not much worse than Pep lol. Heynckes and Flick are Gods. They won the treble, so they have clout. But personelwise they had some great teams. No way Nagelsmann wingers and right back are anywhere near Robben, Ribbery, Lahm and throw in players like Thiago, Alonso, Schweine, this midfeld is not as good as those. They still miss a Thiago type who by the way sucks for Liverpool now. Good post though with stats.

I will be shocked if Tuchel is still coach at end of 2024 season. Alonso will be head coach summer 2024 with a midfield of Wirtz, Kimmich, Musiala lol.

Yeah, I wonder if the FCB board needed to take a night and sleep on this one. I think the Leverkusen game, definitely a bad showing for the whole team, broke their brains. They just do not look good. All season they talked about how Nagelsmann was the future and building a long term project. They paid $25 million for him too!

The board looks really bad.
 
Nagelsmann fired for losing the locker room, and they hire Tuchel? Seriously?

You know they’ll be looking for a new manager in a season and a half right?

I guess they didn't like Nagelsmann skiing while a few players were working out (Muller, Musiala, Sarr) at the practice facility. Also, they didn't like that his girlfriend works for Bild. If I am Nagelsmann, I take time off and ski more with my girlfriend and let Bayern pay that $60 million for the next 3 1/4 years and pay Tuchel too. Now I hear Bayern ain't signing anyone this summer. I guess too much locked in deadweight coaches (soon to be Tuchel too).
