Caleb Williams

I could see Williams coming to UGA, especially if the NIL money is legit.

He was a UGA lean before Vandagriff flipped to UGA, and I'm really not sold on Vandagriff at all. Played at a tiny, private Christian high school and hasn't been able to move above 4th on the depth chart.

Stetson has another year of eligibility(so does JTD, but if I were him, there's no chance in hell I'd stay), but if you can land Caleb Williams, you tell the walk on to get ready for his 2022 roll as Graduate Assistant.

Williams coming would mean Vandagriff leaves, but I'm willing to make that trade. He'd probably be leaving anyways when Gunner Stockton beats him out(I am very high on Gunner Stockton)

Calab Williams dad says he wants him to go some place that develops quarterbacks and suddenly Georgia is at the fore front. Loooooool. Arch come on down.......
Yeah, how many Heisman winning QBs has Oklahoma had this decade??? Only three?

Some would have left anyway. Just the normal "roster churn". And I agree with what that hairy dawg fan @WhosYourDawggy said. QBs are going to be more journeyman, carpetbaggers, etc. And not only the blue chips. Some 3* is going to a "lower level" school, develop out the kazoo and be "lured" by places with better limelight, more NIL money and/or the chance at the CFP.

"FWIW ... I saw an article the other day that said since 2010, 70% of blue chip QBs ended up playing at schools other than their first choice. QBs are going to shuffle every year from now on, especially when you get coaching changes."
"Rico's time is now!"

Arch ain't coming to LSU.

Archie Manning HATES LSU from his Ole Miss days.

We have Walker Howard coming in next year to back up Myles Brennan. We good.

If you had stayed in school past the 8th grade, you'd understand what a decade means
This is the 2020's. Last decade was the 2010's. This decade spans from 2021-2030. Last decade spanned from 2011-2020.

I'm just assuming Arch Manning goes to Ole Miss until he doesn't.

Yeah.....especially seeing how ineffective they were in the last few.

If I'm a blue-chip, I'm not completely sold on LR being as "savant-ish" as previously thought.
Whatever he is doing -- he is unbelievable at recruiting. He has 3 of the top 25 players in the class of 2023 committed to USC already.

Venables said that he was going to make it relationship oriented and not transaction oriented.
Not sure what that means exactly, but we may have just witnessed it.

People who want to be there vs mercenaries.
Not sure if that is going to work in this environment.

guess this means Caleb isn't coming back
