Stefan Edberg once said that he retired because he felt he was doing everything right, but yet he still couldn’t execute.
Brady’s play reminds me of this today. He had a perfect play, perfect execution in route, receiver open, unencumbered, and Brady just can’t deliver.

Bobby Hebert said something similar. Something like "I had a better understanding of what I needed to do than I ever had before, I just wasn't physically capable of doing it anymore"

What a terrible decision. I watched a video a while back about Dan Quinn making statistically the worst coaching decision in NFL history. Down 4 with around 2:30 remaining, kicked a FG on 4th and goal. Even if a 4th down attempt failed, the Falcons had a higher probability of winning due to field position.
 
Rogers shouldn't have thrown the ball. Sell out for the win.

Isn't the Packers coach a former Dan Quinn assistant? Because Quinn made a very similar decision that took the Falcons out of playoff contention in 2015.

I was thinking he had a chance if he took off and ran. At least gets enough yards to save the HC from himself. Kicking the FG there might be the worst decision in CCG history.
