So right around 6 hours on the 240v to go from roughly 20-25% to 100%.

So far we took it for a little cruise around town just so I can drive it. Initial weirdness is

1. Starting it. It’s basically on all the time. The start button mostly just turns on the computer system.
2. Having no transmission is a weird feeling. You accelerate expected some sort of shift and it just keeps going higher. But also cool because it’s just instant power.


So far I love just plugging it in in the garage. IDK it’s a weirdly satisfying thing. It’s also just so oddly quiet. You can hear a pin drop while driving. It’s almost like a quiet version of the hum in an airplane.

Also something interesting I Didn’t notice at the dealership. Because there’s no drivetrain the entire floor is just flat. There’s no bump in the middle. The front console has a huge storage area where the shifter mechanism would normally go to the transmission. Makes a ton more room in a smaller car.
