Brutal stretch of 3 games for City: Chelsea, PSG, Liverpool. I assume the least important is PSG game. Might be no Messi and PSG already have that Brugge tie in the group.

Graham Potter was a name being thrown around for Spurs' coaching vacancy earlier this year. I think he's done an admirable job at BHA. Wouldn't be surprised if he eventually left for a bigger club.

Sounds about right. Kepa been in goal since Mendy injured. Might be Kepa Saturday, still not sure. That imo would benefit City a bit. Only issue out here on West Coast game starts at 4:30 AM. Ugh.

Brutal. I have to get up at 4 on Sunday to take family to the airport, so I guess I just use this as a test run. Just morning day drink and pass out at 5pm

Lol. Me too. I am in the Bay Area. These early starts are killers out here. No Bayern game this weekend (they play tomorrow), just going to sleep in and catch the score later.

Chelsea still Lukaku or bust in scoring it seems. Today faced a better Man City team. But that was just today. Looks like EPL a battle between Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool maybe too. Man U NO! As long as Ole there I don't think so.
 
Man city, deserved the win. Some good defense by Chelsea throughout but really under intense pressure all game. Couldn’t establish shit for possession or going forward. But to two take 3 wins, draw and loss against Ashton villa, Tottenham, Arsenal, liverpool and city ain’t a bad way to start out.
I don’t want to say Tuchel got it wrong, but we lined up to play so defensive I think we kinda killed any offense going forward it was basically Werner and lukkaku with everyone else defending.
Oh well. Ain’t going to win them all, especially against Robot City.

Weird day in football. Alot of big teams got shut out today. In England, Chelsea, Man U, Germany Dortmund and Wolfsburg, and in Spain Atletico Madrid. That Brentford team is not bad at all. They run up Arsenal and now even with Liverpool already.

Definitely a good start. Villa still very good even without Grealish, and used the Grealish money wisely. Rough early schedule for sure. When do they get to fatten up on Norwich City?

The real Tuchel will show up sooner or later. He usually does well his first season or so with someone else’s players, then steadily goes downhill, happened at Dortmund and PSG, won’t be long before he starts falling out with players.
